Global (not IT) company is looking for Helpdesk specialist to join its IT helpdesk team in Kyiv.
- Technical background is a plus
- English (at least upper-intermediate)
- Working experience (6-12 months) at the same position (within big global company is a plus)
- User of MS Office 2010/2013/2016 and Windows 7/8/10
- Knowledge of Personal Computers and Tablets
- Basic understanding of ITIL (is a plus)
- Result driven and action-oriented person
- Distribute computers to end users: PC installation for new users; update access groups and distribution lists
- Manage Tablets, Laptops and Desktop devices; smartphones
- Provide user training and create step-by-step instructions
- Quick response to user trouble calls and task requests
