The goal of your job is to develop and manage our insurance software by improving existing functionality or developing new features, while making changes in all three (database, business logic and presentation) layers.
Here’s the to do list:
Actively participate in development process;
Improve product by showing initiative;
Be sure that all your code is tested, clean and does not hurt someone’s eyes during code review;
Help others with positive attitude and your wisdom.
You are the person we’re looking for if you:
Know PHP, JS, OOP, MVC, encapsulation of business logic;
Know MySQL and the use of it in a heavy load environment;
Have a good overview of modern web technologies and applications;
Have good command of written and oral English;
Are quick, as well as accurate and capable to work independently.

Working schedule: Monday-Friday 9.00-17.30
If your employee wants and if it is possible then a mother who is on a parental leave can work beside their small children work part time when they return to work

•We have additional compensation for 2. and 3. sick leave day
•Employees will attend health checks at least 1 time in 3 years. This will be on workday and at the expense of the employer (get information from the HR Manager)
•It is also advisable to do some relaxing exercises for posture, shoulders and hands to prevent excess strain
•All employees whose visual acuity is reduced since coming to work in Insly have the right to get compensation for glasses or lenses, but not more than 125 euros. For compensation, present the HR Manager with an application and a payment slip, with an occupational health doctor’s certificate for reduced eyesight
•To avoid eyestrain, you have a right to take pauses for 10% of the time you work on the monitor or work with things that don’t include working with monitor
•Employees may go to an eye specialist sooner if they have problems with vision
